We had a sharp dent on the rear quarter panel on our Renault Scenic, just by the passenger door and had been previously quoted about £500 to have the dent filled and painted etc., We are just about to sell our car but wanted to sort out the dent prior to this. The Nissan main dealer in Bury St Edmunds recommended I contact Mike Toon and get him to look at it. Mike explained that the location of the dent was in a really difficult place to guarantee a full removal and he would do his best. I had two dents in my Volvo XC60 obtained whilst parked in a car park. I called Mike Toon at exactly the right moment as he was in Bury St Edmunds at that time. We met up, and he removed both dents entirely. One was a sharp dent from the edge of a van door, but he removed it entirely. I have never seen this done before, and I had been quoted around £400 per dent to remove by a body shop. Mike is a really nice friendly guy, and thoroughly professional. I was unfortunate to have to park my car in a supermarket car park , although I positioned the car safely. On my return I was horrified to find a small dent in rear quarter panel. My Porsche Cayman suffered a dent on its roof after a large stone impacted it. Porsche quoted £1500 to fix it and said it'd need filling and require a complete respray. My car was less than 6 months old when someone decided to swing their 4x4 door open into it. I was doubtful that anyone would be able to magic my minor but annoying door dent/scratch away. However, within 15 mins and some deft skills with some odd looking tools, the dent was gone. As an added bonus Mike even polished the scratch out. What a fantastic job! I really thought it would be impossible to remove the knee-sized dent from the tank on my virtually new motorbike, but Mike did it; with precision and patience he worked away at it until he was 100% satisfied that it met is own standards - I was happy with it long before he was! I have asked plenty of people since to see if they can spot it, and they just can't - it's fantastic. I had called several companies that I found on Google to see if they would be confident to remove the dent, and only Mike said he could. And how right he was! The crack when a stone hit the rear of the roof on my Mercedes E320CDI and the sharp little pit, like someone had used a centre-punch on the roof, made me think I was stuck with a dented car or a costly repair. Following a 'bird strike' of the Pheasant type on my Kia Soul I was left with a nasty dent on the front edge of the roof which, according to traditional body shops, would require a complete roof re-spray. I contacted several dent repair specialists and they all said that they couldn't do a PDR on it as it was in such an awkward place. Mike of Dent+ was the only one who said that he thought that he could do something with it and after seeing it for himself he felt that an 80% repair was the best he could say. I left the car with Mike and upon returning I was amazed to see that there was not a trace of the dent in the car, he had worked it out completely saving me a lot of money.
